ieri, con grossa forza d’animo, ho deciso di “mandare in onda” questa pellicola…. “The EYE”. Dopo un pò di recensioni e trailer inquietanti, finalmente il film.
Letto, pop-corn, buio in sala. inizia. La ragazza protagonista dopo un primo tentativo fallito di trapianto di cornea, ci riprova. Le vengono trapiantate quelle di una ragazza messicana su cui aleggia una storia misteriosa.
Subito ci si rende conto che qualcosa non va: la ragazza ha strane visioni. In qualche modo alla sua normale visione del mondo si associa e dissocia quella della ragazza messicana morta.

figure inquietanti le si fissano nella mente e nei sogni finchè decide di prendere in amno la situazione e cercare la dimora della messicana, ove trova, anche se per poco, conferma delle sue teorie. la ragazza vedeva, come lei, i morti di un incidente.

Non inserisco il finale per ovvi motivi….

Film di collaborazione LionsGate (SAw e simili), con tratti di pellicola in stile horror asiatico (della serie The Call, The ring, …) ma molto meglio strutturato e convincente.

In questi giorni di pioggia un ‘ora e 40 min di tempo gli si possono anche dedicare. Buona Visione!
